Whether you're searching the web, comparing prices, or just staying on top of your favorite topic, Internet Explorer 7 lets you view many different websites at one time — all within one organized window.

    Search

Internet Explorer 7 brings your favorite web search providers to you. With the built-in search box, you can search the web at any time without having to open a search provider page. You can display search results in a separate tab, and then open the results in other tabs to quickly compare sites and find the information you want. You can even customize your search by setting your favorite search provider as the default.

    RSS Feeds

Don't waste time checking many different sites and blogs for updates. Just select the sites or topics you care about and Internet Explorer 7 delivers all the new headlines and updates to your Favorites Center.

    Security

Internet Explorer 7 helps keep your information safe by alerting you to potential phishing sites — sites that look legitimate but actually are designed to capture your personal information. It's also easier to see which sites provide secure data exchange, so you can shop and bank online with confidence.

Security badges indicate whether the site you are currently visiting is suspicious or a site known for phishing (capturing your personal or financial information).

  • .mobi extension is live and blooming!!!!

Nowadays, it seems as though everyone has a mobile phone. It’s estimated that there are 2.2 billion mobile phones in use today – that’s four times as many phones as there are PCs. It is little surprise then that analysts predict that by 2011, more people will be using those phones to access the internet than their PCs. In fact, in many places in Europe and Asia, phones are the primary way that people connect to the web. While adoption of mobile browsing has been slower in North America, a new top-level domain is poised to change that experience.

The new .MOBI domain is intended to identify internet web sites that are specifically designed for viewing from a mobile device. Rather than add confusion, the extension will make it easier for users to find relevant internet content that is designed with the limitations of a phone in mind. Users will be able to browse a .MOBI web site from their phone with the confidence that the content will load faster, be cheaper to download and optimized for mobile browsing. The .MOBI domain takes the guesswork out of mobile internet browsing by giving people a consistent and rich user experience.

Some of the top companies in the world such as Google, Microsoft, Samsung and Nokia have already stated their support behind .MOBI. Other companies interested in securing their Trademark in the .MOBI namespace are encouraged to take advantage of the Trademark Sunrise period, which runs from now until September 22. This period allows individuals and businesses with registered trademarks a chance to secure their .MOBI domains before registrations are open to the general public. Those without registered trademarks can secure their .MOBI domains during the Landrush period, which starts on September 26.

“.MOBI represents a convergence between two important communications technologies: the internet and mobile phones,” said Robert Birkner, Director of Global Domains for Hostway Corporation. “More and more people are accessing the internet from their mobile devices; therefore it’s only a matter of time before a cell phone becomes our main portal to the internet. It’s definitely something that no business or brand marketer can ignore.”

There are many very profitable names out there so get registering i picked up www.triband.mobi, www.sellphones.mobi, www.sellphone.mobi these will be worth some money so get registering peoples.

  • WAR !! with North Korea?

With the latest statement to come out of North Korea, i truely believe it is time for the world to do something

Read the following and ask yourselves is this the kind of statement a country that wants peace would submit to the world press??

My views after you have read this.

SEOUL (AP) — North Korea said Wednesday it would respond with "physical" measures to counter U.S. pressure against the communist regime after its claimed nuclear test.
"If the U.S. keeps pestering us and increases pressure, we will regard it as a declaration of war and will take a series of physical corresponding measures," the North's Foreign Ministry said in a statement carried by the official Korean Central News Agency. The North didn't specify what the measures would be.

"We were compelled to prove that we have nuclear weapons to prevent the increasing threat of war by the U.S. and protect our sovereignty and survival," the North said, criticizing an alleged nuclear threat from Washington and sanctions. "We are ready for both dialogue and confrontation."

"Even though we conducted the nuclear test because of the U.S., we still remain committed to realizing the denuclearization of the Korean Peninsula through dialogue and negotiations," the ministry said.

Pyongyang claimed the test didn't violate a September 2005 agreement reached at international arms talks where the country pledged to abandon its nuclear program in exchange for aid and security guarantees. The ministry said the test was "an active measure for the implementation" of the agreement, but didn't specify what that meant.

The North also criticized the moves at the U.N. Security Council to adopt sanctions against the regime in the wake of the claimed test.

    ok now my views

The North Korea leadership must be pretty desperate for something. But what they are doing is not going to get them much help. It isn't going to help their people any, either. Though their leadership cares much more for themselves than for their people. Very, very foolish of their government.

Why would North Korea want a Nuke?

    1. They believe their own propaganda and are totally nuts, I don’t think so but you never know for sure…

    2. They wish to invade and expand their territory, probably not…

    3. They wish to leverage for trade, money, and subsidies so they can improve life for their people, maybe… But what would North Korea really do with more money? I believe more money would just mean more toys and power for Kim and not a better way of life for the people of North Korea.

    4. They wish to develop a more marketable product for their customer base, seems plausible… Don’t forget they currently sell arms to other countries.

    5. They simply just want to have the power to tell the world to go away and leave them alone, possible…

But, I believe number 5. would include 3 or 4 because North Korea needs a return on their investment. It’s very expensive to develop Nukes.

Time will tell us the answer. I am sure it will be more interesting and complex than my brief synopsis. Plus, I don’t believe that the US could have done much differently to prevent this situation, simply because Kim will not stop until the world community makes him. We can not be afraid to address this problem. Problems don’t just go away. Kim is dangerous and Nuke’s are too serious to ignore.

The other thing you all must consider is Time could be our enemy here.. leaving this too long could give Kim the time he needs to develope the solution of a suitcase nuke or sell the nuclear materials to Terrorists.. This has got to be the most serious problem becuase he needs money its simple as that and i do not think he cares who he would sell to.

Lets hope this gets resolved quickly be it through pre-emptive strike on Kim and the launch platforms/nuclear facilities. Or China steps in and sorts him out once and for all.
